Dennis T. bought his Summerville, SC home about 12 years ago and has loved it ever since. It is just the right size for his family. Dennis wanted the safest environment for his kids. As a young boy, he used to get sick a lot because of the mold growing in his childhood home. To make an attempt at preventing this from happening to his children, Dennis installed a plastic sheet along the crawl space floor. What he didn't account for was that this would not be a complete barrier that could keep all the moisture out. The CleanSpace System would consist of a thick liner of material that would cover the floor, walls, and piers of the crawl space. It would be secured with spray foam adhesive at the top to create a complete barrier between the ground and the crawl space. This would keep out pests, help with energy costs, and most importantly, make cleaner air for his family to breathe. Dennis was impressed with this long-lasting solution that would give him peace of mind. Finally, this liner is secured with a spray foam adhesive to ensure a complete barrier. This system would keep their crawl space dry to prevent mold as well as make their air cleaner. Daniel and Misty felt confident that this solution was the one they had been looking for. Daniel and Misty are happier and healthier than ever with their CleanSpace system installed.
