Standing water in your yard can not only affect the foundation around your home, but can cause mud and other aesthetically unpleasant aspects that can be very challenging to any homeowner. Old gutters and corrugated pipes can be very difficult and problematic to repair. Tom Z. had numerous sinking concrete slabs around his home including his front porch and two sidewalk sections.  Tom knew how expensive it was to completely replace the slabs, so he waited until the problem continued to grow worse.  After walking around the Greer Family Fest, he stumbled upon the Cantey Foundation Specialists tent with information on a system called PolyLEVEL.  Marketing Manager Kimberly Mobley explained to Tom that polyurethane could be pumped under the slabs to lift it back into place, and it would be permanently stabilized.  After scheduling an appointment, System Design Specialist John Adams arrived at Tom's home to give a free estimate.  Tom was surprised to learn that the PolyLEVEL is less expensive than concrete replacement, and it is a more permanent solution!  

Ralph's concrete driveway slab in Spartanburg, SC began to crack and chip, and as the cracks became larger, he knew things would only become worse. So Ralph called Cantey to fit it! Ralph was really pleased with his concrete repair because his driveway is now free from new cracks and sinking problems as the sealant protects against erosion and harsh weather conditions. Joan had some concrete sidewalk slabs at her home in Lugoff, SC, that had started to settle and sink, making parts of the concrete uneven. Joan knew that her sidewalk had become a tripping hazard and as the erosion became worse, she knew water and weather conditions would further worsen the situation. She knew she did not want to have to repour the concrete and was hoping to salvage the existing sidewalk. Becky's front porch was cracked and sinking in toward the middle. She thought it would need to be replaced, especially because it had become a major safety hazard. Becky was completely surprised with the results and relieved she did not have to replace her entire porch!
