Push piers were used in the back of this house along with slab piers that were used to stabilize a bathroom. We also used our PolyLEVEL system to raise the slab in one room that had settled about an inch. PolyLEVEL was also used to stabilize the garage floor. I called Cantey because we want to sell our home here in the next few months, and I was really worried about the retaining wall toppling over.  With these new wall anchors, it looks sturdy and permanent!

The salesman I worked with was great to work with and not pushy at all. The crew that arrived was cheerful, ready to work and very knowledgeable about crawl space questions. I was very satisfied with the job done by Will Yarbrough and his crew. They were hardworkers and very knowledgeable of the process of their work. I did not have any problems with the office staff or Will. The 9 push piers the crew installed have made such a huge difference in my home. I've noticed my house has less creaks, cracks and groans when the temperature changes. 

My floors were bouncy in three areas throughout my home.  I had become so accustomed to them that I actually forgot that it was foundation problem.  Cantey installed some great products in the crawl space, and now I can feel the difference in the floor every time I walk.  So far so good, but I guess time will tell.  Glad you all have the peace of mind of a transferable warranty that's for sure!
