Cantey Foundations is my "go to" company for maintaining my house. The encapsulation was perfect and clean. They installed the dehumidifier and sump pump to sustain a healthy environment under the house. By doing so, I felt a change in temperature in the house. It's very cold outside now and the encapsulation has helped to keep the house warmer. It will do the same for summer months to keep cooler. The company sent out a great crew. They answered all of my questions, and gave me the planning ahead, and scheduling. The crew was here within a few days and got started on the best thing that has happened for maintaining the home! Free estimates and they cover a large part of my area in this country. I have great trust and confidence in their employees. This is a super company to do your work. They just completed the job today. I definitely will have them for more work in the future!

James showed me pictures under the house and explained what needed to be done. The crew also showed me pictures of the crawl space when they were done. I am very pleased with the outcome and feel like this was a good investment.
