The CleanSpace wall system is a 12 mil thick reinforced plastic liner, drilled in with permanent fasters, to stop water vapor and drain wall leaks.

This customer in Fairview, TN was having water and moisture issues in their basement and came to Frontier for waterproofing solutions. We installed WaterGuard around the perimeter and drilled holes in the block to let the water drain from the walls into the WaterGuard, through the TripleSafe sump pump, and out of the basement through the drainage lines installed.

We also added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull moisture out of the air and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump any water out through the drainage lines if it does get in. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet.
