To waterproof their basement, we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, CleanSpace Liner, and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system.

By having high water content in a crawl space, the relative humidity will cause wood to become damp and rot, causing mold to grow. In winter time when the relative humidity in the air is low, the result is cold floors, cold drafts and high energy bills! So when the solution is worse than the problem, the answer is to use a vent cover in conjunction with our CleanSpace system.
