This customer in White House, TN wanted to protect his basement from flooding so he decided on a Basement waterproofing System with us. This project included the installation of a sump pump and draining system. 

We installed WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system around the interior walls, and a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. Includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system. We install IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines during cold winters here in TN. 

The attic of this Lewisburg home was not properly insulated and the family was worried about both utility bills and comfort.

Whenever rainwater gets in, the drainage pipes lead it to the TripleSump Pump, which pumps it out to LawnScape Well. If there is too much rain or flooding, the IceGuard serves as a backup for the water to escape from the basement. We also added a Sedona Dry Dehumidifier to help control the moisture in this underground space.
