This Kentucky family had a mess of problems that stemmed from having a leaky crawl space. 
Because of the excessive amount of moisture in their space, it caused mold. The mold even started growing in their living quarters AND there was a lingering musty smell in both areas. 
The moisture had caused mold to grow on their wood beams as well, which weakened them and created soft spots! They also complained of cold floors during the winter. but no worries.
