This Tennessee family had complaints of a leaking and moisture filled crawl space. The homeowner had said that she had not seen any mold, but her family did have to deal with allergies regularly. These Kentucky homeowners never liked to go into their crawl space, because it was nasty and the soil was soggy.
The liner that was over their ground soil was thin and not sealed correctly, so it was not doing anything to prevent moisture from coming into the crawl space's air.
