CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed to seal the crawl space from outside air. This includes any structural pillars in the crawl space. This prevents humidity and musty smells in the crawl space.

After a thorough inspection of the home, our specialists found groundwater seepage, mold, wood rot, and insects!
The owners wanted to get the crawl space encapsulated, so they would no longer have to worry about the water and mold causing foundation issues.

We had decided to remove all debris on the ground and the old, moist, and dirty insulation. We then put in our CleanSpace Drainage Matting and our durable CleanSpace liner that protects against sharp rock edges. To prevent mold, we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which never needs to be emptied! And to prevent water from flooding their crawl space again, we installed our high powered TripleSafe Sump Pump.

Now the family has a nice, clean, and dry crawl space!

This Tennessee family had complaints of a leaking and moisture filled crawl space. The homeowner had said that she had not seen any mold, but her family did have to deal with allergies regularly.
