This customer in Clarksville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation.

A home in Clarksville, TN, was dealing with musty odors and cracks in the interior walls. An inspection revealed a deteriorating foundation and an unhealthy crawl space. These issues were causing structural instability and poor indoor air quality. To fix this, our team completed a foundation repair and encapsulation project. We installed durable steel beams resistant to rot and mold for lasting support. We also used the SmartJack Stabilizer system made from galvanized steel to lift and stabilize the structure. This project not only fixed the foundation problems but also turned the crawl space into a dry, healthy area, improving the home’s stability and air quality.
