We completed a full crawl space encapsulation for the owners of this Columbia, TN, home. We transformed the space from dark and dusty to clean and bright through the installation of a CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the crawl space. This will keep the space clean, dry, and healthy for years to come. The homeowners are happy with the quality of the work that was completed. 

This customer in Columbia, TN was having mold, moisture, and wood rotting issues in their crawl space and decided on going with our full crawl space encapsulations to remedy the issue so they never need to worry about it again. Our technicians came in, got rid of the mold, cleaned out the wet insulation, and installed a few SmartJacks to shore up some settlement of the home. Then they installed SilverGlo panels along the wall, put in drainage matting, covered it with our CleanSpace matting over the floor and walls, and even wrapped the piers. In Addition to this, they sealed the air vents and added a Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier along with a new crawl space door. This completely seals off the crawl space and home from the earth beneath it and ensures no moisture or mold issues will return.
