The family of this Nashville home was worried about high humidity levels and cold floors in the winter. They were hoping to get a crawl space that was healthy and a little more user friendly. Five years ago this Nashville family started seeing signs of slight flooding in their basement. Fast forward five years and their basement is still flooding during heavy rains, but now the wood in the basement is rotting and mold is growing! The three pumps that make this sump pump are pump 1: a heavy-duty 1/3 horsepower (HP) cast-iron Zoeller pump that does most of the pumping, handling up to 2,600 gallons of water per hour. Pump 2: a 1/2 HP pump that operates automatically if Pump 1 fails or if greater pumping volume is needed (up to 6,200 gallons per hour). Pump 3: a battery-operated pump that turns on automatically if power fails.

Along with the sump pump, the family also wanted our IceGuard product installed to make sure water didn't come back into their home if the weather dropped and their discharge line froze.
