This customer in Lester, AL called Frontier for a sinking crawl space. After fixing the structural issues with the crawl space, they decided to complete a crawl space encapsulation. This will address the moisture issues and any water intrusion issues for the long term.

This customer had cracking walls so we installed out GoeLock Anchors to support the walls and prevent futher cracking!

Our crawl space doors are made from a non-organic material that will not rot, rust, or deteriorate over time. Our doors also have an air-tight seal so no air or moisture can squeeze through.

This home was showing signs of foundation changes. With a little lift using our PushPiers System the foundation is supported and the brick and mortar will be repaired for cosmetics.

A home in Columbia needed more support to hold the weight of the home. Floors were sagging and drywall cracks were growing. A supplemental beam and Smart Jacks are installed to provide a permanent solution.
