This customer in Ashland City, TN, called Frontier for a crawl space encapsulation to address moisture issues in their crawl space. 

Dave in Ashland City, TN, contacted Frontier after noticing cracks forming near his garage door. During the inspection, the design specialist found the brick above the garage opening had started to sag, causing stress cracks in the surrounding masonry and indicating the area needed additional structural support.

To stabilize the brickwork, the Frontier crew installed the StableBrick system above the garage door. The system uses long reinforcing bars bonded into the mortar joints with specialized grout to strengthen the existing masonry and help redistribute the structural load above the opening. This reinforcement helps stabilize the sagging brick and reduce further movement or cracking.

After the stabilization work was completed, Frontier recommended the homeowner contact a mason to regrout the affected brick joints for a finished appearance.

This customer in Pleasant View, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We installed Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, added a TripleSafe sump pump, sealed off all air leaks and vents, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also installed IceGuard and LawnScape System to drain all water out into the yard away from the home.

This system, as seen in the after photo, utilizes carbon fiber-reinforced polymers many times stronger than steel, secured with ArmorLock brackets and high-strength epoxy resin. Our method reinforces the wall without invasive measures, providing long-lasting strength and stability crucial to maintaining a safe home environment.
