This Clarksville family had a mess of problems that stemmed from having a leaky crawl space. 
Because of the excessive amount of moisture in their space, it caused mold. The mold even started growing in their living quarters AND there was a lingering musty smell in both areas. 
The moisture had caused mold to grow on their wood beams as well, which weakened them and created soft spots! They also complained of cold floors during the winter. but no worries. After a pre-encapsulation inspection, walls and foundation pillars were expertly wrapped, drainage matting installed, and a 20mil thick CleanSpace Liner meticulously placed to create an impermeable barrier. This whole process is crucial to your health, especially if you have bad allergies from indoor allergens. The moisture that snuck itself inside the crawl space clung to the wood and created mold and mold spores. CleanSpace Liner-  20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, with polyester cord reinforcement.
EverLast Crawl Space Door- This durable door made of 1/2 PVC plastic has an airtight seal. It is nearly indestrutible so you will never have to worry about it rusting your molding away. 


The couple now has a dry and healthy crawl space and could not be happier!
