This Kentucky home had a problem with excessive moisture in its crawl space. The homeowners were worried that if they did not fix the issue soon, permanent structural damage might occur. They saw that we offered free inspections and estimates, so they decided now was the time to see how their crawl space was holding up. The homeowners called and our inspector came out. He inspected the space, took photos, and did a few humidity/moisture tests. He noted the wood beams with mold and the moist soil. Our inspector knew just what this crawl space needed!
