A Beech Bluff Tennessee homeowner called in complaining his concrete porch was lifting and cracking.

Our inspector took a look, after chatting with the homeowner he realized saving the antique bricks was important to him.

PolyLevel was a perfect permanent solution to lift and level this uneven exterior concrete.

This Tennessee family noticed the unlevel and cracked sidewalk when they moved in 6 months ago. It became a problem when their kids starting tripping over it. They were not only worried about the tripping hazzard aspect of the crack, but also the long term foundation problems it could lead to.

They called and our specialists came out to inspect. They consulted with the family and gave them an easy and fast solution.
In order to level the concrete they used Polylevel 200, which involves injecting an expanding polymer foam under the concrete for a durable, long lasting solution.
They sealed the crack with NexusPro Sealant, which is UV ray resistant, so the sealant will not crack and can withstand harsh weather conditions.

These homeowners in Mc Kenzie Tennessee were had a big crack in their garage cement and wanted to get it corrected.  They contacted Frontier Basement Systems for a solution and a design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns.  It was decided that Poly Level injections were the right solution for this home.  You can actually see where the concrete slab was lifted and the crack comes together forming a smooth surface.

Their porch slab needed to be lifted to be level with the other slab and then sealed.

Benefits of PolyLevel: 
It utilizes high-density polyurethane foam to stabilize and level concrete floors and foundations. This is done by boring small (penny-sized) holes in the slab, injecting the foam, and then the holes will be grouted and sealed over.
