This Kentucky homeowner had their AC sitting on a cement pad that was connected to their house. The pad started sinking and broke off from the home. This could have been caused by many things, such as the soil not being properly prepared before cement was laid on top or soil shifting from erosion or an earthquake. Either way, the pad settled and was causing an unsightly crack that opened up the homes foundation to outside elements. 

Our solution to this easily fixed problem was PolyLevel and NexusPro. PolyLevel is polyurethane foam that is injected to lift sunken slabs. Long-lasting NexusPro was then used to seal the crack. This sealant cures in just 60 minutes and is not affected by extreme temps!
