This family had a bad tripping hazard on their pool deck. It seemed to have sunk 2-3 inches. They were worried about it getting worse, so they made sure to call us asap! Our trained inspector came out and met with them and told them all about our concrete repair products- PolyLevel and Nexus Pro Sealant. They were intrigued by the products and agreed to have the crew fix their driveway!

They first used PolyLevel, which utilizes a high-density, expanding polyurethane foam to raise slabs back to the desired level.

This is done by boring small (penny-sized) holes in the slab and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural-grade polymer into the void. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab. Finally, the small holes are grouted and sealed, and the slab is completely restored.

They then used NexusPro to seal all cracks. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.

The family is now free of hazardous uneven ground and finally have a peace of mind!

The shifting and cracking of a concrete floor normally are not due to the floor itself, but normally because of the soil underneath. The soil collects water and then dries up, which causes the concrete floor to shrink and expand.
