This Tennessee family moved into their new home in 2009. They started noticing their slabs sinking and causing cracks in the concrete. They were worried that it would get worse, if not fixed correctly. After a thorough google search, they found our company and liked what everyone had to say about us. They gave us a call and we set them up with a free estimate and inspection. 

Our solution to their sinking and cracking concrete slabs was PolyLevel and NexusPro Sealant. 
The Polylevel is a foam that is made to lift the slab to the desired height and the sealant is polyurethane based and UV ray resistant, so it will not crack or bubble! 

The family was happy that they decided to fix their porch with a lasting solution before the problem got any worse! 

This 1912 Tennessee home's patio starting dropping and cracking. There are a number of reasons why this could happen, a few of them being erosion, flooding, and the soil not being properly prepared for the concrete. Puddles of water would form in the drop and stay there for a few days following rainfall. A huge void under the patio appeared and that got the homeowners even more worried about their concrete slab because they knew more water could find its way underneath the slab much easier and cause more damage. 

The homeowners looked for concrete specialists online and liked our lifting and sealing products. They called our office and we scheduled them a free inspection with our inspector. After speaking in person with a trained specialist, the homeowners loved our products and system even more and agreed wit hall of his suggestions to fix their patio. 

Our concrete guru lifted the concrete slab with PolyLevel to make it level with the other slabs, sealed the cracks with NexusPro Sealant, and filled in the void back in! 

PolyLevel-  an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. It also fills sinkholes and other voids! 

NexusPro Sealant- a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.

The homeowner was thrilled with this easy solution and is glad to no longer have to worry about the cracks getting worse or the void growing larger! 

This homeowner in Clarksville Tennessee had a large unsightly crack in the stairs leading up to their doors and it was starting to become a tripping hazard.  This is when they reached out to Frontier for a permanent solution.  Frontier injected poly level and smoothed everything out.  The results are wonderful!
