This Clarksville homeowner had noticed their concrete porch steps had began sinking. It sunk more and more every year and created a large gap between the wall and steps. The concrete sidewalk connected to the steps were also cracking and becoming an ugly eyesore. The homeowner knew this would cause his home's value to go down and it was time to get it fixed before it got any worse. He decided to find a company that could fix it once and for all and for a good price! He was referred to us by a friend and soon called to schedule a free inspection. 
After our inspector came to look over the sinking steps and discussed our trusted solutions with the homeowner, our very experienced foreman came to repair the issue. 
We used PolyLevel to lift the slab and used NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the crack so water would not infiltrate the slabs!

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete, thus causing cracking on the sidewalk. Our crew used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the structure would allow, and stabilization was guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed, the customer will be responsible for filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.
