Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers stairs, porch & house. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. This customer had issues with the ground settlement. This caused the ground under the concrete to crack and separate from the stairs to the porch.

Our crew came in and installed helical piers under the porch slab to lift it back to its original position and used NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks in their sidewalk.
