This 1996 home had begun experiencing problems 2 years ago. Its front porch was sinking bad and it was causing cracks. The homeowners were ready to get these problems fixed! They had done research and tried other companies, but were not interested in their solution or price. The short wall at the bottom was being pushed out, the steps are falling away from the porch and the handrail was propped up with a couple of bricks. A very dangerous situation.
