These homeowners in Nashville Tennessee were struggling with a huge unsightly crack in their walkway.  Wanting to get this fixed after many at home failed attempts they contacted Frontier Basement Systems for a solution.  Frontier sent a design specialist to their home to address their concerns and together with the homeowners it was decided that PolyLevel injections to level the slab and some sealant was the right solution for these homeowners.

This homeowner had a real problem when she noticed that her front steps were sinking. She called Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for a free estimate. Our design specialist recommended using Polyline to raise the steps up to where they should be. With the steps raised again, there is now no further danger of visitors tripping and injuring themselves. What a difference!

Unfortunately, the concrete porch and steps have shifted apart. This not only hurts curb appeal, but the large crack will bring even more rainwater under the slab, causing more issues. Don't worry though, we have the best, proven solutions! 
Our team used PolyLevel to lift the steps and NexusPro to seal the crack. 

This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete thus caused cracking on sidewalk and separation from the stairs to the porch.

Our crew used Slab Jacks with Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed the customer will be responsible for back filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.
