Multiple cracks and uneven concrete due to ground settlement, Our Design Specialist used

Polylevel 400 used to lift concrete and NexusPro Joint Sealant and Repair to complete this project. 

These homeowners in Smithville Tennessee were struggling with multiple cracks in the concrete in their garage.  Unhappy with how they looked, they contacted Frontier Basement Systems for a solution and a design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns.  Together with the homeowners it was decided that PolyLevel injections to even the slabs out were the right solutions for this home.  The results?  Happy homeowners!

Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customer's carport/patio/porch & driveway. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the Structure will allow, with stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.

The home was ready to go on the market but the front porch needed a little attention first.

The corner at the front door had sank 2 inches.

PolyLevel was the perfect solution to lift this concrete porch slab.

NexusPro Joint Sealant was used for clean lines and to seal joints preventing any water from getting behind or under the porch causing any additional concerns.
