This customer in Nashville, TN was having foundational issues with his home. He had sagging floors, sticking doors, and cracks in the interior of his home from an unstabilized foundation. To start the project we removed all the debris from the crawl space. After that, we added SmartJacks to stabilize the structure. To fix the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation.

We then installed EZ Flow tubing, a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, Drainage matting, and CleanSpace liner, and connected the drainage lines to an IceGuard and LawnScape system. Now this customer's crawl space is clean and dry.
