These Chapel Hill, TN homeowners were concerned with the separation in their basement's foundational walls. They had noticed some cracks and gaps between foundation blocks and decided to give us a call to come inspect the issue. Upon finishing the inspection, it was decided that the home needed some additional foundation support. We installed I-Beam Wall Braces along the basement walls. The homeowner was left satisfied with the quality of work that was completed. 

This customer in Chapel Hill, TN had foundation settlement issues in his basement. The walls were cracking, bowing, and tilting. Foundation walls are designed to support loads from above, not from the side. When side pressure on your walls exceeds their ability to withstand the force, they will begin to crack, bow, slide in at the bottom, and/or tilt in at the top. To fix this issue we installed a Wall Anchor System. This included Geo-Lock Wall Anchors as indicated using a 5 ft channel wall support and small earth anchors. This will permanently stabilize his base walls and stop any further damage to the home. 

Improper footings were installed in this home, so we removed the columns and installed proper footings with adjustable columns called Smart Jacks.

This home's porch started sinking due to its foundation crumbling. The sinking left an unsightly crack under the door that lowered the home's value. It was also causing problems down the concrete sidewalk. The sidewalk itself was sinking as well and cracks were getting worse by the day. The homeowner knew she needed professional help to lift her porch back to its original position, so no further damage occurred! 

Our trained inspector came to her home and looked at her porch's foundation. He talked to her about a few different lifting options and they decided that our Push Piers were best! 
Our Push Piers are made of steel and are driven deep into the soil beneath a foundation to solve settlement problems. They can be installed inside or outside your foundation walls and are not visible once the repair is complete.

Our inspector also talked to the homeowner about our concrete solutions. We have a NexusPro Sealant that is made to seal all cracks so water can never infiltrate them. It is UV ray resistant and will never crack or bubble!
We also have PolyLevel..It utilizes expanding polyurethane foam, which is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

The homeowner loved all of our long-lasting solutions and could not wait for her installation date! 

Now that our crew has come and WOW'd her, she is very happy! She loves having her porch look the way it was when she first moved in- perfect and no more eyesores!
