Unhealthy Crawl Space Gets SmartJack Stabilizer Support in College Grove, TN
This College Grove crawl space was in BAD condition. Supporting wood beams that were holding up the weight of the home and all of the inhabitants were MOLDING. Our experienced inspector came by for the homeowner's free inspection. He looked around his home and crawl space, took moisture and humidity tests, and took many photos, so when he sat down and discussed what he found with the homeowner, the homeowner could see exactly what he was referring to.
Our inspector told the homeowner all about our SmartJack system.
SmartJack Fun Facts:
1. Quick installation, any time of year, with minimal disruption.
2. Zinc-plated and galvanized steel components resist corrosion.
3. Immediately lifts sagging, sloping floors back up.
4. Tested capacities of the steel components greatly exceed typical floor loads of a residential home. System options provide opportunity to securely connect all components together.
