Mark was great.He had a great presentation and a great guy also.He was on time, called on the way Inspection and presentation went fantastic. We are trying to do major renovation on an older store We collected several quotes to see if it was salvageable and our project doable. 

We received an email late Friday night that due to an engineer inspection we had to get someone out of the home on Saturday to adjust dome things on the project. Jon go back to me quickly and stepped up to take care of the situation on Saturday morning!!

From the very first visit for the free estimate until the very last work task was completed, my experience with Frontier Basement specialists was 5 star all the way. They were friendly and professional at the same time, knowledgeable ( took the time to explained what they were doing throughout the process in a way I could understand), timely, patient, and cleaned up after themselves( you could hardly tell they had been here). Support beams, etc was added to the floor joists. It was a crazy difficult job as my house being 100 years old has more of a slither space than crawl space. The work space was TIGHT to say the least. Those guys were real troopers and did a great job even under such hard working conditions. I am very pleased with the job done, and highly recommend Frontier Basement Systems.
