I felt like Mark addressed the concern without going overboard on other items that could be done (there is no shortage of those) but focused on my concern and how to fix that properly--even breaking out two options and differences which I greatly appreciate. Very happy with everything.

We had some concrete in our basement fixed as well as our basement being waterproofed. This happened 10 years ago and our basement is still dry.

I was and am still very pleased with the work.

The crew was hard working and the foreman was very knowledgeable about the work he was doing. They kept the work area as clean as possible during the whole operation. the crew did an excellent job with the clean up and bent over backwards to please the customer the way the foundation was supported with the piers. the warranty on the work done and being associated with a major foundation repair company.

Fernando and the guys did an excellent job! They were very polite and easy to work with. Showed up rain or shine and got the job done! We have a very low clearance crawl space and they handled it with ease and no complaints. You should’ve seen all the buckets of rocks they manually carried under the house. These guys know how to work. Thank you guys! Will be requesting this team to work on our new house :-)
