My service tech rescued me promptly and efficiently after my upstairs alarm went off during the recent flood. The tape in the seams of the lining needed caulking, and my tech spent two hours under my house doing a through and complete job of fixing the problem. My crawl space is saving me lots of money on my electric bill, and the humidity stays exactly in range due to the dehumidifier. Your yearly service reassures me that all is well. "From the time I called to get a estimate to fix our water problem in the basement it went fast. Troy came out and explained what needed to be done and the cost. From there we had a schedule date set. Sammie then called and said they had a earlier opening so we did that. Fernando & Jose showed right on time and got started right away and stopped when I had questions for him and answered my question with me understanding just fine. Came back next day to finish up the job and did a awesome job and cleaned up all the mess they made (lol). They did a great job installing a sump pump and encapsulating my crawl space. They very helpful and explained the work done to my house. I highly recommend them.

We had a sump pump installed by Frontier Basements Systems in 2004 after our home was flooded with a few inches of water. In 2010 we were massively flooded but this time with with 5 feet of water in our walk out basement. After the small 2004 flood we had ready to use sand bags, waterproof door panels etc. to try and keep the water out in the 2010 flood. Unfortunately we had sandbags for 3.5 feet but not 5 feet. When the water receded I expected to find my basement full of water. After all the sandbags had done a good job keeping the water out until we ran out of bags and the water came over the top so I assumed the water would be held in our home by the same sandbags. Incredibly though when I made it back to our home a few hours past the peak of the flooding our sump pump had completely emptied the water out. We literally had stranded and dying fish in our home but we were able to walk right in and start cleaning up thanks to our sump pump. So keep up with your annual maintenance, it is a silent sentry, but it will really be there when you need it most. Earlier this week Jason came out for our annual service. He did a great job cleaning it, making sure it works, etc. he clearly explained what he was doing etc. and we know it is working and ready for the day we may need it again (but let’s hope that day isn’t any time soon!).

I had my annual crawlspace maintenance done today. The crew member that provided the service is excellent at his job. He exceeded my expectations, and he outperformed many of the other servicemen that I've had in the past (and that's hard to do). He took care of everything as if it was his own home. Hands down-He's one of the BEST!! I would highly recommend him and I am truly grateful for the great work that he did in my home. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Frontier encapsulated our crawl space allowing us to create a basement space and to provide an emergency safe space. Brad provided excellent information and insight during the sales process and returned to verify the that the installation was going according to the contractual commitment. The installation team was friendly, very professional, dedicated to doing the best job possible and cleaned up afterwards. I have already noticed a vast improvement to the air quality and the overall look and feel of the new basement space. It was greatly appreciated that the Frontier team kept us informed during the whole process. The final product was well worth the investment.

We continue to be extremely impressed with Frontier Basement Systems. We had our first annual maintenance on our crawlspace and our service tech was outstanding. He spent an hour in the crawlspace inspecting to make sure every detail was perfect, changing the filter on the dehumidifier, etc. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
