He never left at the end of the day without briefing me on what they had accomplished for that day and what was expected for the next day schedule. He and his crew were courteous, professional, and efficient! They cleaned up after the job was completed. We could see the results of the installation of the WaterGuard immediately - the system they installed was already functioning as it was explained to us. If we have any other issues in the future with the other areas of our basement/garage we'll be calling Frontier Basement Systems."

It's not my primary residence, but when I  left a day after they finished the job my wife and I were extremely pleased with the job. Fernando's work was clean, precise, and professional. He cleaned up his mess and left the work site as clean as it was before he arrived.

"From the very first visit for the free estimate until the very last work task was completed, my experience with Frontier Basement specialists was 5 star all the way.They were friendly and professional at the same time, knowledgeable ( took the time to explained what they were doing throughout the process in a way I could understand), timely, patient, and cleaned up after themselves( you could hardly tell they had been here).Support beams, etc. was added to the floor joists. It was a crazy difficult job as my house being 100 years old has more of a slither space than crawl space. The work space was TIGHT to say the least. Frontier Basement Systems did a great job from the first phone contact all the way through the final scrap being cleaned up from the job.  Brian and his crew showed up as promised, informed me of everything they were going to do and periodically asked me if everything was meeting my expectations.  He and his crew were courteous, worked very hard and made sure everything was to my satisfaction.  I don't mind admitting that I am expremely particular and want everything done neatly and thorough.  When this job was done, I was 100% satisfied.
