I recently bought a home with full encapsulation & dehumidifier. Frontier honored the free yearly check up the previous homeowners left me. The technician was prompt, polite, knowledgeable & hardworking on a Friday 40 miles outside of Clarksville, which is a lot more than I can say for the internet technician & the plumber that were recently at my house on a Friday as if I were wasting their time. I am very pleased with their service & the technician Walter was kind to answer all my questions & take time to explain the system & filter to me.

I was highly impressed with Dustin. He is very knowledgeable about his job and even prayed with me!
