The project included debris removal, sealing crawl space vents, wrapping support piers, and installing CleanSpace® vapor barrier material along the crawl space floors to protect the space from ongoing moisture intrusion. To further regulate humidity and improve air quality, a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier with a condensate pump was installed, along with electrical upgrades and crawl space lighting to improve functionality and accessibility. This transformation turned the crawl space into a clean, dry, and protected area designed to support the long-term health, comfort, and structural performance of the home.
