The homeowner noticed a section of the sidewalk sinking, creating a 3-inch gap that posed a tripping hazard for his kids and had the potential for further sinking. Our home inspector explained that as soils are washed away by rain, it often leads to cracks, uneven concrete, and other problems. Thankfully, our PolyLyft crew identified the critical spots, drilled, and then injected the cement with our PolyLyft foam. This product raises the concrete back to its original position within minutes.

The team visited a residence near Arthur, TN that needed help with bowing, cracking walls. To provide support, our team used our carbon fiber reinforcement technique, which uses fiber dipped in epoxy to stabilize walls and minimize damage.

It was beginning to crack, so we took a look and recommended our carbon fiber reinforcement system. This system involves soaking carbon fiber straps in epoxy, pressing them to the damaged wall, and waiting for the epoxy to cure. In Seymour, TN, a homeowner reached out to Master Services with concerns about some cracks on her garage floor. After our home inspector investigated the house, we determined that the foundation was experiencing settlement, a common issue when soils and the ground beneath a structure shift or erode. To resolve this problem, our team installed helical piers, which resemble large screws and anchor the home securely to the stable surrounding ground. Carefully installed to the required capacities and depth, these piers, connected to the footing with a steel foundation bracket, provide stability and should ensure the house remains stabilized for years to come.
