Moreover, rigid foam is injected to fill any gaps behind the steel panels, effectively transferring the load from the compromised structure to the new support panels. The home in Sevierville, TN, faced stability issues with its crawlspace. The wood posts and concrete columns were no longer effectively supporting the sagging floors of the home. The reason for the damage appeared to be due to hydrostatic pressure from the exterior. The team, in order to repair the issue, utilized their wall plate anchor system which uses the surrounding soil's stability to prevent further damage and secure the walls.
