The Master Services team installed our waterproofing system at a home in Luttrell, TN. The basement was flooding whenever it rained, and the homeowner was concerned about water damage. To fix the issue, Master Services installed a French drain, which works in tandem with a sump pump system to carry water out of the home. The drain is installed along the perimeter of the area and leaves little mess. 

In order to put an end to water infiltration in his basement and protect it from mold, mildew, rot, and structural deterioration, a homeowner residing in Luttrell, TN was seeking a dependable waterproofing solution. Our team acted swiftly and deployed our TripleSafe sump pump, which provides three layers of protection and remains operational even in case of a power outage. SmartJacks lifted the wooden beams in this crawlspace to help alleviate sagging floors due to settling.

Our team recently conducted a visit to a residence in Blaine, TN, upon referral from a satisfied neighbor who had previously utilized our services for a fully encapsulated crawlspace.

The homeowner had already successfully installed a Sump Pump System, however, during the assessment, we identified instances of water infiltration in the crawlspace, and as a primary solution, we recommended the implementation of a full perimeter EZ Flow system. This system is designed to effectively redirect and diffuse discharge water around the structure in a discreet and safe manner, and to work in conjunction with the already installed Sump Pump System.
