Master Services recently completed a crawlspace encapsulation project for Sarah, a new homeowner in Cookeville, TN. Sarah, a detail-oriented and proactive individual, had just purchased the property but hadn’t moved in yet. Our crew began by installing durable drainage matting—a first layer of defense that redirects any water infiltration and provides a cushioned surface that’s easy on the knees. This step ensures effective water management and sets the foundation for a clean, functional crawlspace.
Then our team installed the dependable CleanSpace® Wall system, a vapor barrier designed to keep any moisture at bay! This solution not only safeguards the home but also transforms the crawlspace into a clean, functional area perfect for storage.

As a result, the area can now serve as an additional clean storage space, providing added functionality to the homeowner.

This crawlspace in Celina, TN was not in good condition. Water was pooling inside and increasing the possibility of mold and rot. Once these set in, they can create serious need for repairs.
