Our inspector at Master Services discovered clear signs of mold in the crawlspace of a home in Blaine, TN. The homeowner was aware that the poor air quality in this area could lead to an increase in mold growth, which can not only harm the structural integrity of the wood beams, but also negatively impact the health of the upper rooms and the family living in the house.
