The Master Services team visited this home in Signal Mountain, TN and transformed its damp, moldy, and neglected crawlspace into an energy-efficient, organized area using our durable CleanSpace Liner and other products. 

A homeowner from the picturesque Signal Mountain, TN, contacted our home inspector at Master Services regarding persistent efflorescence on one foundation wall—a classic sign of water infiltration. Worried about potential bowing of the wall due to this issue, the homeowner reached out to us. Responding promptly, we dispatched a crew tasked with installing a combination of Wall Plate Anchors and Geo Locks. Over time, excessive moisture from nearby terrain had caused the front wall to shift forward, a result of hydrostatic pressure. Utilizing Wall Plate Anchors, our team stabilized the wall by linking it to the stable surrounding soil, thus improving the overall structural integrity of the residence. Throughout the installation process, we ensured minimal disruption to the exterior yard.

Before we stepped in, this Chattanooga homeowner faced persistent water problems in their basement and crawl space. When we finished, it was a whole new space. What was once a damp, dark crawl space with structural issues is now dry, stable, and easy to access.
