I want to thank you for the professionalism of your team. We had been considering some remedy for our damp crawlspace and above average level of radon for two years. We had looked at two other companies to do an encapsulation, but we weren't comfortable with their presentations. When we met Josh Sulfridge, we were impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge of the products and the challenges. He was able to provide us with a quote immediately from his computer, and his pricing was reasonable for the size of the project. When the date for the installation arrived, the workers were on time and worked very hard all day, putting in 10 hours the first day and finishing up by 3:00pm the second day. They were very detailed in preparing the crawlspace and filling in low spots around the foundation. Upon applying the encapsulation lining, they were very thorough. The mitigation system was professionally installed. I have shown our finished crawlspace to our neighbors and they think that it looks like a surgical operating room. We now have a very dry, clean and safe area for storage. We also feel the air quality in our house has improved. You have a great product and your team has excellent customer relation skills.
