This home was having issues with water coming through the walls when it rained. We waterproofed the basement and corrected the issue.

Beautifying Basements with Dylan and Luis

Located in the Central Gardens district of Memphis, TN, the Redeemers Group worked on what we term “Basements to Beautiful”, an inorganic solution to insulating and finishing basement walls.  Basement To Beautiful™ Basement Wall Panels are the superior choice for a dry, energy-efficient basement. At 2 ½" thick and R-13 insulation, Basement To Beautiful™ panels create a warm, protective blanket around the basement that will never rot or support mold growth.

Basement Waterproofing for a Former Jiffy Lube Turned Title Max

Before our intervention, the basement of this former Jiffy Lube—now operating as a Title Max—was in serious disrepair. Persistent water seepage and backed-up drains made the space unusable for business operations. The basement remained damp year-round, limiting the building’s functionality and posing a risk to structural integrity. The issue was so severe that the basement could not serve any practical purpose, a critical shortcoming for a commercial space that needs to maintain a dry, clean, and professional environment.

That all changed when the building owner reached out to Redeemers Group for a long-term solution. At their request for an exterior-focused approach, we installed two Groundwater Protection Systems (GPS) along the sides of the building. We further reinforced water management with a Spee-D Drain system across the front, channeling runoff away from the foundation. These solutions worked together to control surface water, reduce hydrostatic pressure, and eliminate seepage risks at the foundation level.

To ensure the basement’s full recovery, the owner also opted for our full-perimeter Two-Stage Basement Waterproofing System. This comprehensive upgrade transformed the once-flooded basement into a dry, usable space—ready to support the daily operations of Title Max. If your commercial property is suffering from water intrusion, don’t wait. Concrete Driveway Lifted and Leveled with PolyLevel in Memphis, TN

Diana W. of Memphis, TN contacted us after noticing two sinking slabs in her driveway. Concerned that the issue would worsen and lead to more extensive damage, she wanted to resolve the problem before it became a hazard. Her motivation was simple: stop the slabs from sinking and ensure the safety and functionality of her property. A passionate cat lover and caretaker for neighborhood strays, Diana’s warm and engaging personality made the project even more rewarding.

Upon inspection, it was clear the driveway had begun to settle unevenly—likely due to shifting soil conditions common in the Memphis area. To address the problem, we used PolyLevel®, a high-density polyurethane foam, to lift and stabilize the concrete slabs. This minimally invasive solution allowed us to precisely target the problem areas, restore the driveway’s original grade, and prevent further sinking. The foam expands quickly beneath the surface, filling voids and providing long-lasting support without major disruption.

After the work was completed, Diana was thrilled with the results, stating, “The driveway looks great after they got done.” Her home is now safer, and the improved driveway adds value and peace of mind. If your driveway or concrete surfaces are showing signs of settling or cracking, don’t wait—contact us today to schedule a free estimate and learn how PolyLevel can restore your concrete the right way.
