Exterior Cracking in Little Rock, AR

Tim T. of Little Rock was experiencing settlement issues and searching for a reputable foundation repair contractor.  One of the effects of foundation settlement is garage lintel failure.  This causes sagging and exterior cracking above the garage.  Stair-step cracks in the brick can be a real eyesore, affecting curb appeal and property value.  After some research, Tim chose Redeemers Group as the foundation repair company for his home repair project.

Our foundation repair specialist Spencer went out to the home in Little Rock for the inspection.  After a thorough investigation, Spencer was able to explain the causes to Tim's problems and propose a few permanent solutions.  Tim had significant settlement going on around his home.  This would take a few different methods in a few different areas, but we could definitely stabilize his home and these solutions would be permanent.  Tim agreed and the work was set.

One phase of the project is what you see in these Before and After photos.  The focus was on repairing the cracking above the garage.  Our Lintel Repair System uses our brick tying and brick stitching techniques.  This is done by using our Thor Helical Rods to tie the bricks back into the frame of the house, and stitch them back into the rest of the bricks. Then, our NexusPro is added and color matched, resulting in a seamless repair.

The results speak for themselves.  The eyesore caused by the cracking is eliminated, restoring this homes curb appeal.  This will have a positive impact on the homes property value.  Tim was thrilled with the results and eager to get to see the rest of the project completed.  If you need help with your foundation, crawl space, basement, or concrete; call or click today for a free, no-obligation inspection!

Concrete Steps Lifted and Stabilized in Little Rock, AR Using Helical Piers and PolyLevel

Kris A. of Little Rock, AR noticed a troubling shift in his front concrete steps. Once slightly off-level by just two inches, the steps had now sunk to a dangerous four-inch drop, creating both a safety hazard and an eyesore. Concerned about further settling and potential damage, Kris reached out for a permanent solution that would restore stability and function to his home’s entryway.

To correct the issue, our team designed a precise repair plan. We installed two helical piers—one on each side of the staircase—to support the failing concrete from deep, load-bearing soils below. Once the steps were carefully lifted back into place, we injected PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane foam, beneath the concrete. This advanced material filled any voids and created a stable, supportive base to prevent future sinking. Prior to the repair, Kris relocated two bushes near the stairs to allow access, and he plans to complete the landscaping after the work is done.

The repair was executed efficiently with our equipment set up on the driveway, minimizing disruption to the surrounding property. The result is a level, secure staircase that’s both safer and more attractive. If you’re dealing with sinking concrete steps or uneven walkways in the Little Rock area, contact us today to schedule your free inspection and get the lasting results you deserve with PolyLevel and helical pier technology.
