Concrete Driveway Repair in Sherwood, AR

Meghan S. of Sherwood, AR needed help with her concrete driveway.  It was cracked and sunken in some areas.  She knew that if she didn't get it taken care of, these concrete problems would only get worse.  She called Redeemers Group.

Concrete specialist Dellwyn went out to Sherwood to inspect the driveway and design a solution.  It was clear to see that her driveway was sinking due to the soil beneath.  Water was infiltrating the cracks and eroding the soil, causing voids beneath the concrete slab.

Concrete repair expert Brennan and crew were tasked with this repair project.  They used our PolyLevelTM concrete injection system to lift and level the sunken parts.  then they used our NexusProTM sealant to seal all the cracks and joints.  This will divert water and stop it from penetrating beneath the concrete to cause more damage.

Meghan was thrilled to be able to use her driveway again without worry of tripping over the cracks.  We're glad to be able to give her and all our customers the peace of mind that they deserve.  If you need help with your concrete, foundation, crawl space, or basement; call, click or chat in the lower right of the screen to set up your free, no-obligation inspection!

Concrete Leveling and Trip Hazard Repair in Scott, AR

Trip Hazard from Sunken Concrete Walkway in Scott, AR

When Win B. purchased his new home in Scott, AR, he discovered a sunken slab in his front walkway. The dropped concrete, right at the edge of his driveway, created a dangerous trip hazard for family and guests. Beyond the safety concern, uneven concrete can reduce curb appeal and hurt property value. Win wanted to protect his home investment with a lasting concrete repair solution that fit his budget.

PolyLevel® Concrete Leveling and NexusPro® Joint Sealant

Our team recommended the 3-Part Concrete Protection System for maximum durability, but Win chose to start with two key components and add the third later as needed. Using PolyLevel® polyurethane foam injection, we lifted and leveled the walkway slab back into place, restoring a smooth surface. Then, we applied NexusPro® joint sealant on both sides of the slab to protect against water intrusion, soil erosion, and future settlement. This minimally invasive process was quick, clean, and highly effective.

Driveway and RV Slab Leveled with PolyLevel in Tumbling Shoals, AR

Evangeline C. of Tumbling Shoals, AR contacted us with multiple concerns about sinking concrete around her home, especially in the driveway, garage entry, and under the RV slab located in her shop. The primary issue was a large crack running down the center of the driveway, which not only created an eyesore but also raised concerns about safety and water pooling. Additionally, uneven concrete at the entryway near the dining room and kitchen, as well as slabs surrounding the garage, posed tripping hazards that needed immediate attention.

During our inspection, we determined that PolyLevel® foam injection would be the most effective solution to lift and stabilize the affected concrete areas. We recommended applying PolyLevel to the entryway slab, the garage threshold, and the adjacent slabs to eliminate trip hazards and restore even surfaces. NexusPro® crack sealant was proposed to treat visible cracks, particularly where the entry slab met the driveway. We also addressed Evangeline’s concern about water pooling—ensuring that the PolyLevel process would not worsen drainage issues and taking care to level the slabs in a way that would redirect water flow appropriately.

By strategically applying PolyLevel and NexusPro where needed, we were able to stabilize the RV slab, level the entry and garage slabs, and seal critical joints to prevent future water intrusion. Every effort was made to eliminate existing trip hazards and prevent new ones during the lifting process. With these improvements in place, Evangeline now has safer, more functional concrete surfaces throughout her property—and peace of mind knowing her home’s exterior is protected from further settlement and cracking.
