Richard H. of Memphis, TN and his family have lived in this home for 30+ years. In 2016 they had a plumbing issue that required replacing. The sewer pipe that runs under the pool deck concrete was replaced. Sometime in 2018, they started noticing the concrete in this area starting to settle and pull away from the pool.
