Thanks Leon!  I wanted to thank you for the positive experience!  I had been dreading the whole thing, worried about what all would be wrong and worried that we’d be taken advantage of by being told we needed a bunch of stuff that we really didn’t. The company you work for has really developed an excellent system for showing the customer exactly why they need the repairs that are suggested. Please pass along my gratitude to whomever came up with that idea and the videos.  The rest of my gratitude I want to express for you. You took the time to listen to me, and didn’t treat me like I had no idea what I was talking about. While I don’t know hardly anything about building homes, foundations, etc., I do know my home and the things going on with it, and I could tell that you understood that. It’s frustrating as a woman because men think we have no idea what we’re talking about, but you never made me feel that way.  Also, I could tell that you are very knowledgeable about this stuff, and I was very impressed when you didnt make your mind up instantly about what needed to be done and instead finished your inspection and found out the real issues. I loved that! It showed me that you weren’t there just to get in and get out, you really wanted to find the cause of our problems!  Also, the way you explained things even before the videos, was exemplary. You are fantastic at what you do, and I appreciate you so much!!  We look forward to working with you when we figure out what we’re able to do!

he Redeemers Group were very professional and answered all of our questions. The first representative that came out to give an estimate was very thorough and explained everything to make us feel comfortable with knowing we had a professional company taking care of our foundation. Every man that came out were very respectful and kind. I would highly recommend this company!!

Your company had done some work on my house for the previous owners so I wanted to be consistent. Also it was a critical job to my house and I wanted the best. You all have a good reputation.  Wade was great. To his credit we added more to the job, which I needed. While the job cost more than I expected everything he recommend I’m glad I had you install. Both crews were very good. Chet and the two crews that installed the peers worked extremely hard in adverse conditions (35 degrees some days and raining). It was some very hard work but he communicated very well to me. As the leader on the job I could tell his crew respected him because he worked right along side them.

Everyone we talked to was great and knowledgeable. Could not of asked for anything better.

I am sooooooo pleased with my experience !!!!! i sent a message to the company . I also did an on-line opinion survey. I am VERY HAPPY with the sump pump placement and the installment.  The guys who came here were great. Phillip who did the electrical work was awesome. The guys that did the work to dig the trench under the house were awesome. My sump pump has been totally working its little heart out today. I wish I could have had it done 28 years ago. Thank you. Please fell free to share my experience. I am totally happy with my pump. 

Professionalism from start to finish. Caring and good listeners, and prompt (re:Cassi Conyers). Explained & no sales pressure (re:Michael Lurie). Derwin, James, and Noland worked hard! And knew what they where doing. They made sure everything was cleaned up in the work area. Derwin, the foreman on my job was a gentleman and a great listener...he worked hard and had his crew ready to get the job done. I would ask a question and he would explain in terms I could understand. Thanks to him and James & Nolan for job well done.

This company had a solution to my problem other companies didn't offer. Christian was great. Very helpful, thorough and professional. Excellent. These young men were fabulous. Very kind, professional and great at what they do. This job was extremely loud and disturbed the adjoining businesses A LOT, but the crew did everything they could to accommodate and help the situation as best as they could. They were so polite.  The work they did was very good.

Phil Parimore was able to clarify exactly what the issues were and how to address them. His clarity and experience certainly assured us of the product and services that he represents. Thanks for sending him.

Many thanks to Redeemers Group. Especially to the technician (Joe Cook). I was here and watched everything that was done in a pleasant manner. This saved me $2,500 from mud jacking. The people I dealt with was 1st class from top to the bottom. No complaints. Just needs to be a little more warranty. Again, thanks Redeemers Group!

All of the people from your company that I met, were very skilled & knowledgeable about your product. Angel is an exceptionally nice person & does her job in an efficient manner. A credit to your company. Otha & Troy were very polite & nice. They are certainly hard working men & even working at night to complete our job. We are extremely satisfied with the job. The patio lift & level exceeded our expectations. The leveling of the slab that our heat pump sets on seems perfect. I will definitely call your company again.

Jason Autry and his crew are friendly, hard working and easy to talk to. The clean up process was very good.

Dear Mr. Cooper, Thank you for taking the time to go over my concerns yesterday.  As you promised, your folks showed up yesterday, finished, and I believe we are all set.  After speaking with you I feel that the job must meet your high standards and thus I must trust your word.  As discussed, what I believe happed is that just too many minor problems that ordinarily would be considered part of the process finally reached a threshold leading to an overall perception that the job was not being handled appropriately. Please know that I interviewed several companies for this job and The Redeemers Group, by far, exceeded the expertise, professionalism, and qualifications of the others.  I believe it is fair to overlook the issues we talked through yesterday if you please take to heart some of the points we discussed and use them for performance improvement.  Presentation, especially in your line of work where the end product is not always visible to the lay customer like me, is 90% of the job. I would like to emphasize the outstanding professionalism of Bobbi and Phil.  These two individuals presented the Redeemers Group in the way I would want my company represented.  Because of Bobbi and Phil, plus your engagement with your customers when issues arise, I would not have considered using another company no do I wish I had.  I have no negative comments to make about the Redeemers Group and you will be the first I call when I need foundation and crawlspace expertise in the future. The job was completed to my satisfaction and despite some bumps, we made it through!  I hope you can use the feedback I provided. There is no rush to this, but I would like to have Phil back out to finish the estimate for our crawlspace project. Best regards,Eric R.
