Mr. Cooper, I'm writing to say thank you for the service call last week. You explained things fully and gave a thorough summary on the state of my home. I also appreciate you not trying to sell us anything we didn't need.    Thank you very much,

I was really impressed with Cam. He was very knowledgeable, careful. He took his time and knew what he was doing.

I want you to put down that he was fantastic, he took care of everything under there as far as I could tell because. I didn't go in there with him, but he was very polite he did a very good job and he was very respectful and I just want to make sure that he gets a good recommendation from his customer. I know that sometimes they are hard to keep so ya'll make sure you hang on to that one he was great. He was here a little early and called in advance to see if he could come early and he did a great job.

There was no pressure selling. Also, loved the fact that you sent me information about the sales representative before he arrived. He also had all good things to say about the company. Plus, love the fact that  management came out to inspect everything after the crew left. Everything from start to finish was done very courteous and professional.
