When I first purchased my home, the foundation was in terrible condition.  I received estimates from all the major companies, but chose Baird based on the professional and thorough method of evaluating the repairs required and explaining the repair process.  My decision turned out to be well founded as the work crews and repairs were also completed as promised and all Baird employees were courteous and professional in completing the project. It is a real pleasure to have a service company that takes pride in their work and maintains a customer satisfaction attitude throughout the process. This same level of service is reinforced every year when they inspect their work and make recommendations to ensure my foundation integrity is maintained.

I just wanted to pass on to you a good experience I had concerning a problem with my house. My house is over 50 years old and the sewer under the slab was leaking. I had used Baird Construction for foundation work in the past and I called them for this job. They dug a 3’x3’ tunnel about 55 feet long under my house. They replaced the sewer system, handled the plumbers for me, refilled the hole, hauled off the extra dirt and cleaner and hosed down my driveway removing all the dirt and mud. I was extremely satisfied with the job, but also with the people in the company and on the job. There are always so many horror stories out there that I thought you would like to hear a good one. Please don’t hesitate to use Baird Construction if the need should arise. I have added them to our company referral list if this email gets misplaced.

Baird Construction and John Chaney are in business to make a profit by successfully meeting clients’ needs. The firm did a very large job at my home that involved placing 100 pilings under the home while we lived in it. Yes, it was complicated but Baird worked hard to make it all work out well. We now live in a beautiful home that is stable on its foundation. I was also pleased that they stand by their work and do not desert the customer once the job is complete. Being able to depend on a contractor to be in business for the long term is comforting to me as a customer.

To whom it may concern: I have been associated with John Chaney, over of Baird Construction Co., since his company was hired to fix our foundation problems in October of 2008. Since that time his company has been contracted to construct 3 retaining walls around our property. All of which have been satisfactorily completed. His employees have always been courteous and professional. John has personally given me his advice with contemplated projects. In one instance while evaluating a possible problem, his advice resulted in a correction that needed no further expenditure of our time or effort.
