Great job, prompt, no problems.

The breeze way between the house and garage settled. Baird did a perfect job of restoring the level of the building.  As a contractor, I've seen lots of sub-contractor crews. Diego and his team are top-tier. They did a perfect job and cleaned up the site after.

Josh was here to do the foundation work and also the PolyLEVEL installation. He was very nice and explained the process. He answered all my questions.

We just had our 5 year warranty check-up and the foundation repair is still holding. We were impressed by the whole process and how efficient the workman were and we could stay in the house while they worked. They also found a plumbing leak under the house that could have cost us a lot in the long run.
