This residential driveway in Santaquin, Utah, had multiple cracks and uneven concrete slabs caused by soil settlement and moisture changes. Our crew used PolyLevel® to lift and stabilize the sunken sections, followed by NexusPro® joint sealant to fill and protect the cracks from future water intrusion. The result is a smoother, safer, and longer-lasting driveway with restored curb appeal.

These before and after photos highlight the transformation of a cracked and uneven driveway in Saratoga Springs, UT. In the before images, you’ll see visible settlement across multiple slabs and deteriorating caulking that allowed water to seep in and worsen the damage over time. Our crew began by removing all existing caulk and preparing the surface for repairs.

Using PolyLEVEL, we carefully lifted and leveled the sunken concrete to restore a smooth, even surface. Once the slabs were stabilized, we sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a high-performance crack repair solution designed for long-term flexibility and weather resistance.

The after photos show a dramatically improved driveway — level, sealed, and protected from further damage. This middle of tegarage floor had sunk 1 inch. Due to the sinking, there were a few spots where the floor cracked. We lifted the floor back to the original position using our PolyLevel polymer foam. It has a 3 year warranty, and it works quickly.
